on October 30, Ai Yi stated that approximately 30 minutes ago, a Binance attacker transferred all 74.56 million ARB tokens to an address marked by Arkham as belonging to the Kelp DAO hacker. Currently, this portion of ARB has not been further transferred or sold.

Kelp DAO was attacked on April 18 of this year, resulting in a loss of approximately $292 million in rsETH. At the time, the community speculated that the attacker might be connected to the North Korean hacking group Lazarus Group.
