Binance: Resumes Withdrawals on the Bitcoin Network First

on November 1, according to an official Binance announcement, the first network to resume withdrawals in a phased manner following the security incident is the Bitcoin network.

Binance had previously announced plans to launch Phase 1 of the withdrawal service restoration between 14:00 and 17:00 Beijing Time on November 1, with gradual resumption of withdrawals for other networks and assets to follow after security and readiness checks are completed.
