Arbitrum: Transferred 74.5598 million ARB and 8,425 ETH related to the Binance attack to a frozen wallet

on October 30, Arbitrum announced that the Arbitrum Security Committee has taken emergency action to transfer 74,559,805 ARB and 8,425 ETH held by addresses associated with the Binance attack incident on Arbitrum One. Following technical evaluation and deliberation, the Security Committee transferred the funds to an intermediate frozen wallet via a specific technical solution, without impacting any other states, users, or applications on the Arbitrum network.

As of October 30, 2026, the aforementioned funds have been successfully transferred and are no longer controlled by the original holding addresses. Subsequent disposal can only be carried out through further actions by the Arbitrum Security Committee or an Arbitrum DAO governance vote, with related operations to be coordinated among all parties.
