Initia: Initia L1 and Rollups have resumed online operation

Initia announced that Initia L1 and Rollups are now back online and operating normally, with cross-chain bridges and trading platforms expected to restore transfer functions later today.

As a precaution, the withdrawal processing time for LayerZero OFT assets (WETH and AUSD0) will be set to 24 hours; withdrawals of Noble USDC will implement a limit per hour. The asset support for AUSD0, USDC.n, and WETH has been fully restored.
