01Our service and these terms
Penguin Trading provides cryptocurrency market information, project profiles, charts, screening tools, personal research records and wallet-based token swaps at oldlining.com and preview.oldlining.com. Public research pages can be browsed without an account. Saving personal records requires sign-in. By selecting the sign-in or registration button after the agreement notice, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
02Accounts and sign-in
Use a wallet, email address or third-party account you are authorized to access, and protect your sign-in access. Connecting a wallet alone does not sign you in: wallet sign-in requires a verified message signature, and first use creates an account. Supported login identities may be linked to the same account after verification. A wallet already assigned to another account is not silently transferred or merged. Linking, unlinking and account deletion require the verification steps provided for that action. Signing out does not delete saved research records.
03Research information
The service helps you understand markets and organize research. Its information is not personalized investment advice, an offer to trade or a promise of returns. Market data and third-party information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or incorrect. Screening results and security checks concern the objects, periods and information described in the relevant view. Make your own assessment before acting. For supported networks and token pairs, Penguin Trading obtains swap routes through third-party DEX APIs and prepares transactions for you to approve in your existing wallet. Your wallet controls signing; we do not hold your assets or request private keys or recovery phrases. A sign-in signature does not authorize a swap or token allowance. Review the assets, network, amount and slippage before approving a trade. The swap page displays our fixed service fee of 0.3% of the trade amount; network fees may also apply. Quotes can change or expire, execution can fail, and a submitted transaction is not a confirmed transaction. Blockchain transactions cannot be undone through account controls.
04Your records and acceptable use
You retain rights in content you write and authorize us to process it as needed to save, display and synchronize it for you. Saving notes, watchlists or screening plans does not publish them as public posts. Do not submit unlawful material, another person's confidential information without permission, or authentication credentials. Do not access another user's records, bypass access controls, attack or interfere with the service.
05Website content and external services
Our branding, interface and original content are subject to the rights of their owners. Third-party data, chart components and external content remain subject to the rights and rules that apply to them. External links lead to services operated by their respective providers, with their own terms and privacy practices.
06Changes, availability and responsibility
Features and data coverage may change as the product develops. We work to address known errors, but maintenance and third-party failures may interrupt access. If paid features are introduced, their price, scope, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before you subscribe. These terms do not create an automatic payment obligation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
07Signing out and deleting an account
You may sign out at any time. To request account or personal-record deletion, use an available account-page request channel or contact support@oldlining.com. We may verify that the request concerns your account. After deletion, that account can no longer be used to access its personal records. Necessary logs, legally required records and backups are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Unlinking a sign-in method or revoking a third-party authorization does not, by itself, delete your Penguin Trading account. Unlinking a wallet does not revoke on-chain token allowances. Signing out, unlinking or deleting an account does not reverse a broadcast transaction or remove public blockchain records.
08Updates and contact
We will update the date on this page when these terms change. Material changes affecting use of the service or your rights will receive an appropriate notice; where renewed agreement is required, we will request it separately.
