Binance described it as a complex attack and is currently cooperating with law enforcement agencies while verifying the facts. The company stated it will deploy the SAFU fund and its own capital to cover all losses, ensuring user funds are secure and deposits remain unaffected. Following the suspension of withdrawal services, capital outflow has stopped, with withdrawals expected to resume in about 45 hours. Binance is working with partners to freeze the affected assets, having already secured approximately $3 billion.
