KULR Liquidates Entire Bitcoin Holdings, Cashing Out 764 BTC for $58.6 Million
September 14: Publicly listed company KULR Technology Group stated in a regulatory filing that it sold approximately 764 Bitcoins through open market transactions between August 20 and September 11, at an average price of approximately $76,600 per coin, generating approximately $58.6 million in gross proceeds. This sale is part of the company's ongoing treasury management operations, and after completion, KULR no longer holds any Bitcoin.
In addition, KULR's Board Compensation Committee approved on September 4 the grant of 200,000 restricted stock units (RSUs) to the company's CFO Michael Kimel, effective from September 10, vesting in 8 equal installments over 4 years.
