According to TechFlow, on October 26, CoinDesk reported that Indian cryptocurrency exchange CoinDCX confirmed a $16 million loss. This occurred because its funding collection (sweeping) process failed to withdraw customer deposits from wallets hacked in July 2025. The exchange stated it would cover the loss itself and assured that active users' funds remain safe.
